Innovation in healthcare - Bob Verhagen

I am very excited for our next guest: Bob Verhagen. There are 2 main reasons for this: 1) I think he has an incredibly smart and realistic way of looking at innovation and 2) because he does that in an industry that is notoriously hard to innovate: Healthcare. While everyone thinks of fancy Tech, AI and algorithms when we talk about innovation, Bob believes Digitalization is a powerful tool, but never an end in itself.  With his start-up Buurtdokters he aims to maintain access for everyone in Holland to their own, fixed GP - as this has been proven to lead to better health and lower healthcare costs. Within Buurtdokters, MijnPraktijk.nl supports practices in organizing the right care via the most effective and efficient way.  Today in that one thing: Innovation in Healthcare.
